  • 2025-05-08 19:41 Eva.ding: 你可以试试站着 把两个手臂横着向两侧伸直,有条件的话 两个手的大拇指顺着前向下画半个圈,就是让大拇指向下,下拇指向上,掌心向后,手腕跟肩膀一样平行,手腕不能低于肩膀,手腕不能低于肩膀这个非常重要,手腕一定要平行肩膀,不能太前面,你可以向后推手掌,你前期可以看着镜子做,就这样展开手臂两分钟,重复三次,后面重复三次的时候再拿一公斤的哑铃一分钟,因为这个时候一公里已经感觉千斤重了,你没有哑铃也没关系,记个时 如果就空手能 手臂平行肩两分钟也很棒了

我的运动其实真的巨简单巨简单,而且时间并没有很长,因为真的每次练习时两分钟巨长无比啊,所以每次窝家里练半小时一小时的就现在那练或者跪坐练,各种斜板肘平板练…有时候也只练十分钟,感觉贴着骨头最深层的肌肉在抖……
